Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 cups cucumber, peeled and cubed

Directions

  1. Have your kids help make this in the morning, and serve it cold for an afternoon snack.
  2. Combine yogurt and cucumbers in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate.
