Meal Pattern: Crediting Yogurt as Fluid Milk

February 2, 2023

Yogurt is a good source of vitamin D, calcium, protein, and many other nutrients. Yogurt is creditable in the Child and Adult Care Food Program as long as the yogurt served does not have more than 23 grams of sugar per 6 ounces.
