Military families demonstrate remarkable resilience and a proactive spirit in facing life’s challenges. To further enhance family readiness and well-being, Sesame Street for Military Families has launched new resources to encourage healthy habits through engaging and enjoyable activities. These tools provide practical guidance on nutritious eating and physical activity, designed to be accessible and fun for all ages. By integrating wellness into everyday routines, military families can strengthen their physical and emotional health—together. The new resources include three videos, three printables, and four articles.
