Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped, cooked or canned beets
  • ¼ cup
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.
  2. Pair with children’s favorite vegetables, crackers or pita bread for a complete snack.
