Ingredients
- 4 medium bananas (about 2 cups when pureed)
- 2 cups applesauce
- 1 (32 oz) container Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup ice cubes

Directions
- Freeze bananas at least one day before service. To freeze, peel bananas and lay on a sheet pan prepared with parchment paper. Do not overlap or pile the bananas; they will stick together. Cover and place in the freezer overnight. Once frozen, bananas can be stored together.
- Place applesauce in refrigerator one day before making smoothies.
- In this order, place applesauce, yogurt, peanut butter, frozen bananas and ice cubes in the blender. Blend until pureed and smooth. If texture is not smooth, continue to blend.
- Pour 1 cup (8 fl oz) of smoothie in each cup.
