2026 SFSP Reimbursement Rates Released

The USDA has released the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) reimbursement rates for 2026. The rates are effective from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. On average, the 2026 rates have increased by 3.7% from last year.

Contiguous States

Reimbursement Rates for Rural and Self-prep Sites

  • Breakfast increased 11 cents
  • Lunch/Supper increased 19.75 cents
  • Snack increased 4.50 cents

Reimbursement Rates for All Other Site Types

  • Breakfast increased 10.75 cents
  • Lunch/Supper increased 19.50 cents
  • Snack increased 4.50 cents

  • Lunch/Supper increased 32 cents
  • Snack increased 7.75 cents

  • Lunch/Supper increased 31.50 cents
  • Snack increased 7.75 cents

  • Lunch/Supper increased 26.50 cents
  • Snack increased 6.75 cents
