Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped, cooked or canned beets
- ¼ cup
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.
- Pair with children’s favorite vegetables, crackers or pita bread for a complete snack.
