2023-12-14

The National CACFP Sponsors Association (NCA) is hosting the Summer Food Service Boot Camp on January 17, 2024, and has awarded scholarships for eighty individuals to attend. The Boot Camp will take a deep dive into the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), from understanding program basics to exploring creative meal prep and menu ideas. There will also be an overview of the latest policy updates, such as the recently released Interim Rule for Non-Congregate Feeding option.

The SFSP Boot Camp will be held from 10:30 am - 5:15 pm Eastern, and attendees can earn up to 6.5 hours of Continuing Education Units. The registration fee also includes on-demand viewing of all sessions through January 24, 2024.

Registration is still open through January 16, with standard registration ending on January 10 ($149 for NCA members and $199 for non-members). The late registration rate is $199 for NCA members and $249 for non-members.
