The USDA has released the SFSP reimbursement rates for 2022. The rates take effect January 1, 2022.
Summary of Changes for Contiguous States
Rural or Self-prep Sites
- Breakfast increased 14.25 cents
- Lunch/Supper increased 24.5 cents
- Snack increased 5.75 cents
All Other Types of Sites
- Breakfast increased 14 cents
- Lunch/Supper increased 23.75 cents
- Snack increased 5.50 cents
 Administrative Rates for Rural or Self-prep Sites
- Breakfast increased 1.25 cents
- Lunch/Supper increased 2.5 cents
- Snack increased 0.75 cents
Administrative Rates for All Other Types of Sites
- Breakfast increased 1 cent
- Lunch/Supper increased 1.75 cents
- Snack increased 0.5 cents
