• Rooms are available through March 5th, 2027, or until sold out. Hotel booking link with the discounted group rate will be shared via email once conference registration is confirmed.
  • Please be cautious of phishing emails and check the sender's address when dealing with confirmation emails. The email that contains the hotel booking link will be from nca@cacfp.org. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to conference@cacfp.org.
• The discounted group rate is $189.00 per night plus tax and hotel fees for single or double occupancy.
  • $214.00 per night plus tax and hotel fees for triple occupancy
  • $239.00 per night plus tax and hotel fees for quadruple occupancy

• All reservations will require a one (1) night refundable deposit per room, plus tax, to guarantee accommodations. One night's room and tax will be charged if the guest cancels after 3 PM, 24 hours prior to arrival.
• A $50.00/per night hold will be placed on credit cards at check-in to cover hotel incidentals. Upon check-out, funds will be released back within 7 to 10 business days for domestic banks/financial institutions.
• Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.

• There is no additional resort fee. Included in the guest room rate is:
