We accept payments by credit card or check. We do not accept ACH payments or Purchase Orders. 

There are no refunds. As a courtesy, you may transfer like registrations to another employee within your organization. The deadline for transfer requests is March 16, 2027. Transfer requests after this date will incur a $25.00 administrative fee through March 25, 2027. Onsite transfer requests will incur a $50.00 administrative fee.

Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received. Payments must be received by the payment due date. If payment is not received by the payment due date, the registration will be cancelled.

The deadline to make changes to pre and post conference sessions is March 16, 2027. Transfers from preconference sessions to post conference sessions and vice versa are not allowed.

Yes, you can view all sessions at the conference website under the Workshops page (coming soon). Programming is subject to change.

Preconference and postconference trainings are only available onsite in Chicago. There are no refunds if you register for the virtual-only sessions and a preconference or postconference training. The deadline to make changes to preconference and postconference sessions is March 25, 2027. Transfers from preconference sessions to postconference sessions and vice versa are not allowed.

Registered attendees will be able to book at our group rate once registered for the conference. The hotel booking link will be in your confirmation email.

On Tuesday, there will be a mid-morning coffee break. Continental breakfast items and lunches will be available Wednesday and Thursday. 

You will receive your certificate in early June 2027. Certificates can be accessed through the Info Hub.

Unless noted, sessions will only be available in English.

Yes, we will provide access to an Attendee Library via email the week of the conference. This library will contain pdf versions of the presentations plus any handouts available. Attendees will be able to access and download.
