UPDATE: NCA has submitted formal comments on the Proposed Integrity Rules. We will update you as the USDA publish further information regarding the Final Rules.
Dear CACFP Community,
Vicki Lipscomb, President
The NCA Board of Directors have thoroughly reviewed the new proposed integrity rule that was published on March 29, 2016.
We have consulted with other stakeholders, sought clarification on some issues with USDA and compared the law, the current rule and the proposed rule.
We believe that there are some serious areas of concern with the current serious deficiency process and have outlined our concerns in our association letter and a model letter for you to upload onto the regulation.gov website.
Due to the huge impact of these rules, it is imperative that you comment.
This will open up a Word Document which you personalize: add your name, agency name, and address. Put this on letterhead and/or edit it if you chose to.
Click on the link below and upload the file by clicking on the “choose file” tab.
Be sure to comment!
Thank you for all you do for America's children!
President, National CACFP Sponsors Association
