All registration rates are listed on the registration page of the conference website.

We accept payments by credit card or check. We do not accept ACH payments or Purchase Orders. 

There are no refunds. As a courtesy, you may transfer like registrations to someone within your organization by March 28, 2026. After March 28, the fee to transfer will be $25.00.

Yes, you can view all sessions at the conference website under the Programming page. Programming is subject to change.

Pre and post conference trainings are only available onsite in Las Vegas. There are no refunds if you register for the virtual only sessions and a pre or post conference training. The deadline to make changes to pre and postconference sessions is March 27, 2026. Transfers from preconference sessions to post conference sessions and vice versa are not allowed.

Registered attendees will be able to book at our group rate once registered for the conference. The hotel booking link will be in your confirmation email.

Continental breakfast items and lunches will be available Wednesday and Thursday.

Yes, onsite attendees can access the virtual sessions until May 15, 2026.

Application for CPEU course accreditation is submitted each year to the Commission on Dietetic Registration, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Course approval is typically received in March and can include up to 30+ hours of accredited CPEUs from this conference. 

You will receive your certificate in early June 2026. Certificates can be accessed through the Info Hub.

Unless noted, sessions will be available in English.

Yes, we will provide access to an Attendee Library via email the week of the conference. This library will contain pdf versions of the presentations plus any handouts available. Attendees will be able to access and download.
