Conference Headquarters: Westgate Las Vegas

• Rooms are available through March 24th, 2026, or until sold out. Hotel booking link with the discounted group rate will be shared via email once conference registration is confirmed. 
  • Please be cautious of phishing emails and check the sender address when dealing with confirmation emails. The email that contains the hotel booking link will be from nca@cacfp.org. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to conference@cacfp.org.
• The discounted group rate is $149.00/per night plus tax 
• All reservations will require a one (1) night advance deposit per room, plus tax, to guarantee accommodations. All advance reservation deposits are completely refundable if canceled two (2) weeks prior to arrival.  
• A $50.00/per night hold will be placed on credit cards at check-in to cover hotel incidentals. Upon check-out, funds will be released back within 7 to 10 business days for domestic banks/financial institutions. 
• Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. 
• There is no additional resort fee. 
• Included in the guest room rate is:   
  • Guest room Wireless Internet access for three devices 
  • Fitness Center access for up to two adults 
  • Use of in-room safe 
  • Local and toll-free domestic (800) calls 
  • Complimentary parking 
  • Complimentary shuttle bus service to the “Las Vegas Strip” and Downtown Las Vegas
