The Child and Adult Care Food Program Sponsor's Association (TSA) was founded in 1986.  Our mission is to serve as a national voice for, and provide education and support to, organizations who administer the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child and Adult Care Food Program. We do that through our quarterly newsletter, Resource Library, annual conferences, coordination of National CACFP Week, our State Contact Network, one on one communication with our members and through this web site.

Our goals include improving communication between individual sponsors, and between the sponsors and their supervising government agencies. TSA has been highly successful in promoting children's nutrition issues.  TSA engages in activities that are intended to promote the general interests of children and their families.
